Mr. Mora is a 10 out of 10. I started the process of selling a home for the first time, not knowing a thing and nervous as, well you know what. I filled out a request and he answered. He made the process so easy, was patient, and gave well needed professional advice. He was attentive and patient and got me the offer that I wanted. He was very informative with every step and helped to calm my nerves. We closed and I couldn't recommend him more as a realtor. He is honest and family man and negotiates like a pro. I recently sold my house and used Mr. Zeek Mora as my real estate agent and couldn't be happier! I contacted Zeek initially as an advisor for what I should do when it came to selling my house and what I should fix up possibly. Zeek provided advice, guidance, and insight that made ALL the difference! After fixing up the house and letting Zeek know I was ready to sell he told me to sit back and relax. That from here on out he would take the reigns and handle everything...and boy did he! I live 180 miles away from the property I was selling and travel for work so I wasn't able to be there in person for any of it. I simply provided my information, what I hoped to get, and let him do the rest. Within 3 days there were multiple offers on the property and the best offer I could have ever expected! $15k over asking price!!! Zeek handled all of the transactions, all of the requests from the sellers, all the inspections, contacting companies, all the paperwork, the showings, etcetera. All I had to do was sit back and sign some paperwork. I couldn't be happier!!! Zeek also kept me up to date on everything and while this was a stressful situation for me, he was calm and helped break everything down so that I could understand and be comfortable with it all. I ended up calling and texting Zeek periodically at different times wondering about specific items and he would always reassure me that it was just a part of the process. Everything was smooth and easy. Zeek handled it all and even followed up with me a few times after the sale to ensure I received the proceeds from the sale of my property.
